Services
On-Site Support: $60 per hour.
Minimum one hour with 15 minute increments thereafter.
Remote Support: $50 per hour.
Minimum 30 minutes with 15 minute increments thereafter.
Virus Removal: $120 per hour.
However sometimes a virus can cause so much damage that an Operating System re-install is required. The $120 fee will be rolled into the OS Re-install service fee.
OS-Reinstall: $150.
Your data restored with all drivers and updates installed.
OS-Reinstall with up to 3 programs re-installs: $200.
Your data restored with all drivers and updates installed.
Data Transfer to New Computer: $100
Your personal computer's information is always private and as such it is never examined nor does it ever need to be.
Qualifications
CompTIA A+ , CompTIA Network+ , CompTIA Security+ , Healthcare IT Technician certified and CISCO Academy CCNA graduate.
